According to reports, the apartment is located in a building named Raj Mahal and spans 2,782 square feet. During the first two years, he paid a monthly rent of ₹17.01 lakh, which will increase to ₹17.86 lakh for the third year. The total rent for the entire lease amounts to approximately ₹6.2 crore.
As part of this deal, he also paid a stamp duty of ₹1.69 lakh and a registration fee of ₹1,000. Additionally, he deposited a security amount of ₹1.75 crore. The lease agreement includes access to three private car parking spaces.
This lease agreement began in July 2021 and was renewed after five years. At the start of the lease, the monthly rent was ₹8 lakh.
